  1.  How many Greenwave filters do I need in my home?

  Two Greenwave filters are typically needed to reduce dirty electricity within an average-sized room.  Rooms with heavy concentrations of electronics may require more than two filters (usually 3), while smaller rooms, such as bathrooms and laundry rooms, usually require only one.  The picture below provides additional information about the number of Greenwave™ filters typically recommended for most rooms within houses and apartments.

  2.  Will I lose the use of an outlet when I install a Greenwave filter?

  No.  Greenwave filters are the first to offer a built-in outlet at their base.  You can plug the filters in without losing use of an outlet.  The built-in outlet has an added benefit.  By plugging electronic devices and power strips directly into a filter, the filter is able to remove dirty electricity before this energy enters the internal wiring of the building and is spread throughout the structure.

  3.  Can Greenwave filters be plugged into power strips?

  Yes, as long as there is sufficient space.  You may

  

  also plug the power strip into the outlet at the base of a Greenwave filter that is already plugged into the wall.  It will “clean up” the dirty electricity generated

  by all of the devices on the strip before it enters the internal wiring of the building.

  4.  Are Greenwave filters FDA approved?

  The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not approve EMF protection products. The FDA approves food, medical devices, or medical treatment.
  

  How Many Greenwave Filters Do I Need? 

  The number of Greenwave™ filters typically recommended for most rooms within houses and apartments is based on the average square footage in that room and total protection desired. For example, a bathroom is typically one filter while a kitchen is normally one or two. In a high use room, like a bedroom, suggested is two Greenwave filters per bedroom. Rooms with multiple electronics, like a family room with TV, games and stereos, should have a dedicated Greenwave Filter just for that outlet(s).
