Return Policy

We encourage you to educate yourself on your wellness products before making a purchase. However, if the product was defective or otherwise not up to your expectations, please contact Natural Healing Tools for a Return Authorization. If an item purchased from us has not been used and is returned to us within 30 days in a resell-able condition, we will refund the purchase price, minus restocking, all shipping and international costs. Natural Healing Tools reserves the right to charge up to a 30% restocking fee on any authorized return.

By purchasing from Natural Healing Tools and/or viewing these pages you accepts and agree to these terms.

Products like supplements, lotions, oils, printed materials, personal products, software, CD's, videos, DVD's are not returnable if the seal or wrap is broken.

Natural Healing Tools offers smaller sized of some of our supplements and skin care items so you can try before you buy a larger supply. Natural Healing Tools occasionally has samples of products for trial purposes. Please contact the office to see if a free sample of the product you are interested in is available.

Personal products that have been worn or used are not returnable for health reasons.

For health reasons, and based on US law, some products are never returnable.

Please contact Natural Healing Tools for a return authorization. Items shipped back to NHT without prior approved RMA may be considered forfeit.
